Rules

1. Your site must be in English.
2. You must have a decent knowledge of PHP/HTML, CSS and FTP.
3. You must make your own graphics; no premade layouts, but gift layouts are fine.
4. No hentai/porn is allowed, though yaoi/yuri content is, if it isn't too graphical.
5. I will require a link back to me somewhere on your site.
6. Let me know if you plan to go on a hiatus/revamp.
7. Update at least once every two weeks.
8. Treat all of your visitors equally.
9. No stolen content.
10. You must have an anime/manga/Japan site.
